Steps and Processes
Camera used was Canon DSLR and a tripod
Focus was capturing photos of every part of the house with the mindset of “what would the consumer want to see”
Philosophy when capturing was “the pursuit of the perfect picture”
Photoshoot Setup
all images are imported and edited in adobe lightroom
only the basics like exposure, contrast, brightness, etc. were looked at and adjusted
when editing, Devin doesn’t like to do crazy edits, only enough so it doesn’t seem too far fetched or unrealistic from the original product.

This project was very eye opening for Devin because it allowed him to experience a more professional sense of photography. From working and gaining insight from property agents to actually taking photos in a new setting and in some circumstances, under a time restraint. and taking photos of actual real estate which he always enjoys exploring, making these types of photoshoots feel more like a field day vs an actual task.
